SAN ANGELO, Texas — The City of San Angelo provided an update Wednesday afternoon on Phase A of the Chadbourne Street project from Centurion Planning & Design, who is overseeing the project.
According to a post on the City's Facebook page, the Chadbourne Street project experienced some delays over the past two weeks because of freezing temperatures, rain, snow and ice conditions
Because of the delays, the intersection of Concho Avenue and Chadbourne Street will reopen until the third week of March, if there are no further delays.
If there are any further delays, an additional update will be provided.
The contractor’s intent is not to move on to another phase until substantial completion is made and traffic is allowed on Phase 1, the post said.
