Robinson was taken to the Brown County Jail and currently has bonds totaling $400,000.

ORIGINAL STORY: An Early Independent School District aide has been arrested and charged with a felony after a 14-year-old student told their parent "a middle school coach" was making inappropriate contact with them on a messenger app.

According to the Early Police Department, on Aug. 24, 2022, the Early ISD notified the EPD the school received a message from the mother of the middle school student. Allegations were made that Justin Robinson, a coach’s aide for Early ISD, exposed himself to the child and enticed the child to do the same.

Early ISD administration said it removed Robinson from school property immediately. EPD began interviewing witnesses and obtaining search warrants for electronic devices to acquire copies of the images and videos.
On Aug. 25, a search warrant was executed on Robinson’s home and officers seized cell phones, computers and other electronic devices.

Additional search warrants were obtained to have a forensic search completed on these devices.

On Sept. 9, 2022, Robinson was arrested at his home without incident for charges of sexual performance of a child, a third-degree felony.

The investigation is continuing with further interviews and electronic search warrants.

The Early PD said it believes there may be more victims and encourages parents to talk with their children and look through their phones for any communication and contact with Robinson.
