Though scientists may have a few more things to do than study alcohol myths doctors do have a few suggestions for your hangover.
Doctors say drinking in moderation, will always help of course.
Another big one is eating before your night of celebration. Food will slow the absorption of alcohol.
Go for something with high levels of protein and fat.
Doctors also warn to be cautious around darker alcohol, such as red wine, bourbon and whiskey those drinks can boost the risk of a hangover headache.
If you still end up getting a headache, they suggest drinking a sprite, but avoid caffeinated drinks.
