“I didn’t sue any kind of fad diet,” Halfmann said.
She went from this…
To this.
“I was working out like crazy, and I was losing a little.”
Finally, she was able to lose 40 pounds! And this San Angelo mother of two has been able to keep it off for a year.
“My hardest thing was eating all day long.”
Halfmann was told one of the biggest reasons she wasn’t losing weight was because of her food intake. So, it was recommend she keep a food journal.
“Eighty percent diet, 20 percent gym.”
Halfmann said her approach was simple. She just ate clean and the pounds began melting away.
“I’m energetic, and I’m still motivated, which I think is a big part of it.”
