ABILENE, Taylor County — The Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District said there were five new confirmed COVID-19 cases - one PCR and four antigen - for Taylor County Friday.
According to the health district's daily report, there were:
- Nine hospitalizations
- Seven recoveries, which bring the total number of recoveries in Taylor County to 14,947.
- As of April 16, 55,468 PCR and 96,824 antigen tests have been administered, resulting in 7,159 PCR and 8,332 antigen confirmed cases.
- There were 48,309 negative PCR and 88,492 negative antigen test results.
