The future of live entertainment is virtual. LiveNation is teaming up with major recording artists to bring a VIP experience to fans across the globe.
The whole experience is broadcast with 10 different cameras set up on the stage, behind the stage and in the audience. And the production crew outside the concert venue broadcasts the experience live to your VR headsets.
“Virtual reality is providing the opportunity to experience that same thrills and chills that you can experience live at the event. And that’s something we really try to capitalize on,” Danny Keen, VP of content for NextVR, said.
Right now, the summer concert series sponsored by Citi is free for those that want to join the live shows in VR.
