SAN ANGELO, TX - Earlier this month, one of the vehicles involved in a rollover crash failed to yield and resulted into colliding into another vehicle on Koenigheim and 1st Street, according to the San Angelo Police Department.

The force of the crash sent one vehicle rolling and hitting a pedestrian, Ezequiel "EZ" Reyes, 20.

Reyes later died as a result of his injuries at a nearby hospital.

After digging into the investigation Fox New First uncovered the driving history of the driver who failed to yield.

The driver's criminal case records show at least three cases of driving while intoxicated, suspended driver's license, and a failure to stop.

No drug or alcohol testing was done for either drivers at the scene of the crash, according to the crash report.

No pending or official charges have been charged in the death of Reyes, according to the Tom Green County Clerk's Office.
