Foster Communications Coliseum could possibly hold 300 evacuees

San Angelo could expect evacuees from south Texas. People seeking shelter will go to San Antonio and Dallas first and others will then travel west.

SAN ANGELO, TX - Evacuees affected by Harvey could make their way to San Angelo as the city is on stand by, but preparations aren't taking place yet. Evacuees will travel to San Antonio and Dallas first. 

San Angelo's Red Cross will be responsible for staffing a shelter which could hold up to 300 people.
