Eating Later in the Day is Bad for Your Weight

Eating later in the day can be detrimental to your waistline.

University of Pennsylvania researchers had nine people go through two different daily meal time patterns.

Participants ate both ways for eight weeks at a time, separating the different eating patterns by going back and eating the way they usually do.

A preliminary look at the data shows compared to eating in the daytime, later eating patterns lead to weight gain.
