Louisiana murder suspects arrested by SAPD

Two fugitives wanted for murdering an 82-year-old woman in Louisiana were arrested by SAPD. The two were located at the Quality Inn.

SAN ANGELO, TX - The San Angelo Police Department learned of two fugitives from Louisiana were traveling through the San Angelo area. They were wanted for a brutal murder of an 82-year-old Louisiana woman. 

SAPD apprehended the two murder suspects the morning of Sept. 28, 2017. SAPD was tipped off that the two suspects were believed to be in route to San Angelo driving a stolen gold 2005 Honda Accord that belonged to the murder victim. 

Roy Narcisse, 25, and Kiana Williams, 25, of Ville Platte, Louisiana were located at the Quality Inn. "Narcisse was treated by San Angelo Fire Department medics for minor cuts to his arms, which he received during his extraction from the vehicle," according to a SAPD press release. 

The two fugitives are accused of stabbing Kathleen Cates to death at her residence in Shreveport, Louisiana on Sept. 26, 2017.
