If you're a mom, you might want to make plans to head to the Abilene civic center this weekend.
They are holding the first conference in the nation just for moms. It's called "Project Mom."
There will be tips and tricks on how to handle your teenager or how to build confidence in your children.
There will also be breakout sessions for topics like meal planning, discipline, and much more.
One Abilene mom we spoke to says she's excited for the tweens breakout session.
"I am about to be raising a tween and I'm already getting the eye rolls and the you don't get me's..and I'm trying to figure out how to communicate with this age," said Tia Pedersen.
Pedersen said she thinks this conference will help her family an especially her communication with her oldest son.
The conference is this weekend and you can register by going to project-mom-dot-com.
You can also get a five-dollar coupon when you register by typing in the code ABMOM in all caps.
