DPS searching for a person of interest in Snyder murder
Snyder, TX- The Texas Department of Public Safety is asking for your help in finding a person-of-interest. Omar Diaz of Snyder was found murdered in his home and officials believe Casandra Lopez may be involved. On March 22nd, the Snyder Police Department contacted DPS for their assistance in the investigation.
The victim, Diaz was last seen with his girlfriend, Cassandra Lopez on March 14th. Lopez may also go by other names, such as Cassie or Cassidy. She is approximately 21 years old and has a tattoo across her chest. The tattoo reads "Respect" but if you look at it upside down, it reads "Loyalty".
The victim's 2004 Pontiac Grand Am GT was also missing from his residence. The vehicle's Texas registration displays, BJN4874. The back window has a mural of a kneeling angel.
