SAN ANGELO, Texas — The holiday season can be a difficult time for people living with a mental health condition, such as severe anxiety, depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia or post-traumatic stress disorder.

On Thursday, Dec. 2, NAMI Texas of San Angelo and the San Angelo Clubhouse are hosting the third annual Community Rally for Mental Health on the Tom Green County Courthouse lawn, 112 W. Beauregard Ave.

At the rally, there will be local speakers who will share their struggles, as well as resources to help those who may be struggling with a mental health diagnosis.

Green pinwheels will be placed in the grass at the end of the event to honor mental health awareness.
