New Standard Wrestling presents Big Trouble in Station 1 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Dec. 20, at 140 Mulberry St. in Abilene.

The wrestling event will include James T. Tucker, Nikku, Chaos Inc. and many more.

This event is for all ages and families who enjoy wrestling. There will be a bar available for age 21 and over. Cost is $10-$15 to enter the premises.

“Front row is $15, and general admission is $10,” Doug Hickson, Station 1 owner, said. “You do not need to bring your own chair, there will be plenty of seating.”

Attendees are asked to wear masks and properly social distance themselves from other guests.

“We limited the number of tickets, and being this size of a venue, we are only allowing 200 guests,” Hickson said. “As long as they are sitting, guests do not need a mask, only when they’re walking around they will have to wear it.”

Guests will have the option to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors at Station 1, but are asked to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

“It is a COVID-safe event because of the indoor/ outdoor venue to be able to enjoy these things these days,” Hickson said. “We have a covered area, have good airflow, and is not a condensed area for people afraid to be in an enclosed area.”
