ROBERT LEE, Texas — The Robert Lee girls golf team won the Class 1A tournament at Lions Municipal Golf Course in Austin. Kelby Clawson, Aimee Zimmermann, Autumn Ramon, Braylee Hood and Jade Laxton got the big win after breaking a first-place tie against Eula. The Lady Steers won the tournament with a two-day score of 796 strokes.
Keni Mac and Tim O'Brien met the team at the Mountain Creek Golf Course Club in Robert Lee before the tournament. They got to know the girls in Fox West Texas' "Everything But Sports" segment.
