SAN ANGELO, Texas — The He is Risen concert will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, June 5 at the Bill Aylor Sr. Memorial Riverstage, 16 E. Avenue A.

According to Cynthia Diego, event organizer, the concert is free and open to people of all ages. The gates will open at 6 p.m., with the show starting at 7 p.m.

The concert will feature Bryann Trejo, Monica Hill Trejo, Antoine Hill and other artists, with Lucky Luciano as the headliner.

It’s a concert, bring your whole family, it’s family-friendly and it’s going to be an awesome day,” Diego said.

The event will have giveaways such as bags filled with candy, t-shirts and hats.

“We are going to be giving away a lot of stuff to the kids and to the audience,” Diego said. “It’s about coming out against the drugs and violence in San Angelo. All these artists actually have huge stories of how they overcame that lifestyle so it’s a blessing to the community.”

Attendees will be able to purchase food from several food trucks that will be outside the venue.
