It’s an event meant to educate our community about “Meals for the Elderly,” a program that helps local seniors.
The twelfth annual Meals for the Elderly Clay Shoot is happening this weekend. The event is open to the community at no charge.
Breakfast and lunch will be served for a fee of $10.
“It’s a crucial time right now to raise money to provide for these homebound seniors throughout the summer,” Chase Burton, a Meals for the Elderly board member, said.
The fee for individual shooters who want to take part in the event is $165.
