San Angelo downtown businesses to host #DOWNTOWNSTRONG Saturday

Downtown San Angelo, Inc. is hosting #DOWNTOWNSTRONG campaign Saturday to celebrate the reopening of local businesses.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — Downtown San Angelo, Inc is inviting the community to support downtown stores and local musicians with the #DOWNTOWNSTRONG campaign from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 30.

The organization is asking members with businesses downtown to participate in different ways. 

Downtown business are asked to display yellow balloons or signs to represent the positiveness of the day and indicate they are participating.

Businesses and customers are encouraged to use the hashtags,  #DOWNTOWNSTRONG and #HeartoftheCity to promote the event.

There will be live music from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.from local talent.
