Arizona woman dies in single-vehicle crash in Kimble County

KIMBLE COUNTY, Texas — An Arizona woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash at approximately 10:35 a.m. Wednesday in Kimble County. 

According to a preliminary investigation by the Texas Department of Transportation, the vehicle was traveling eastbound on IH-10, about eight miles west of Junction.

For an unknown reason, the vehicle swerved and went in to a skid before rolling several times and coming to rest upright.

The driver of the vehicle, Tiyerra Monique Vigil, 18, of Phoenix, Arizona, was pronounced dead. 

The passengers, one adult, one toddler and two infants, all sustained non-incapacitating injuries.
