Jacob Escobedo, 38, was arrested by Abilene Police Department's Cyber Crimes Unit Thursday, Oct. 29, according to a press release from the APD.
Escobedo has been charged with second-degree felony possession of child pornography with intent to promote. He was arrested at a home on Parsons Road in east Abilene and is being held at the Taylor County Jail.
The APD said the investigation is ongoing.
