ABILENE, Texas — Abilene Police Department detectives made an arrest in the murder of an Abilene man that occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. Dec. 3, 2019, inside a home in the 1000 block of Cedar Street.
According to an APD press release, detectives arrested Jose Robert Avalos, 32, at his job site in Pecos.
Avalos was charged with homicide, accused of shooting Adam Perez, 28.
