MIDLAND, Texas — Midland Police are on the scene of the Bush's Chicken on Wadley Thursday afternoon.
According to a Midland PD spokesperson, police are investigating a murder-suicide shooting that left two dead.
The spokesperson said around 10:40 a.m., officers responded to a shots fired call near the restaurant.
When they arrived at the scene, officers found 19-year-old Veronica Renee Sanchez dead from a gunshot wound.
Around 1 p.m., officers received a call in reference to the location of the suspect’s vehicle. At that location they found 19-year-old Alejandro Aguirre dead in his car from an apparent gunshot wound.
