Abilene-Taylor Co. Public Health District confirms 381st COVID-19-related death

Seven new confirmed COVID-19 cases, 10 hospitalizations and 13 recoveries were included in the report.

ABILENE, Taylor County — The Abilene-Taylor County Health District confirmed the 381st COVID-19-related death - a woman in her 70s - in Taylor County Thursday.

The health district reported seven new confirmed COVID-19 cases - four PCR and three antigen.

Thirteen recoveries were also reported, bringing the total number of recoveries to 14,794

Ten hospitalizations were included in the report.

Taylor County has administered 55,041 PCR and 89,462 antigen tests. Of those tests, 7,118 PCR and 8,255 antigen tests were confirmed cases.

There were 47,923 negative PCR and 81,207 antigen test results reported.
