TOM GREEN COUNTY, Texas — The City of San Angelo Public Information Office reported 140 new confirmed COVID-19 cases for Friday – 63 PCR and 77 antigen.

Residents from Tom Green, Concho, Sutton, Runnels, Coke, Irion, Dallas, Nolan, Harris and Crockett counties, as well as out of state were included in the cases.

There were 95 current hospitalizations included in the report.

As of Jan. 15, the City has reported a total of 14,610 positive cases.

The number of active cases was not available at the time of the release.

The City previously confirmed three additional COVID-19-related deaths in Tom Green County.
