The City of San Angelo Health Department confirmed Tom Green County's 25th COVID-19-related death Monday afternoon.
According to a release from the City's Public Information Office, the patient was a man in his 80s from Tom Green County.
Monday's reported death brings the total COVID-19-related death count in Tom Green County to 25 - 17 patients from Tom Green County and eight from other counties.
No further information about the patient was available at the time of the release.
