SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo Health Department's Immunization Clinic, 203 Pulliam St., will resume Tuesday, July 20.

Hours for the clinic are from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Cost for immunizations is $14.85 per child/per visit. Because there is limited space and to ensure social distancing, the department requests parents or guardians only bring the child who is receiving vaccinations.

The department is a TVFC provider and can only administer vaccinations to children who are uninsured or on Medicaid.

An updated shot record must be presented at the time of the visit for processing and the latest Medicaid card will also need to be presented, if the child is on Medicaid.
