The Angelo State Women's basketball squad is one of the hottest teams in country. Part of that comes from the team chemistry they've built this season, as well as accepting their roles on the court. As for senior Keanna Kelly, she accepted hers in the beginning of the season. Head coach Renae Shippy told her they wanted Kelly to come off the bench for her senior year. Since then, her leadership and scoring skills have created a strong foundation for her team. In two of the last six games, she's scored 15 points.
