City offices, Fort Concho closed on New Year's Day; trash service not affected

A reminder that City offices will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 1.

SAN ANGELO — City of San Angelo offices will be closed Jan. 1 for the and New Year’s holiday. Trash services will not be affected by the holiday.

City operations that will be closed include Station 618 and Santa Fe Crossing senior centers, the Parks and Recreation offices, Southside and Carl Ray Johnson recreation centers, the San Angelo-Tom Green County Health Department, the Animal Shelter, Fairmount Cemetery’s business offices, Municipal Court and the Nature Center.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) will be closed Jan. 1.

City offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2.

Fort Concho National Historic Landmark and its visitors center, 630 S. Oakes St., will be closed Jan. 1. It will otherwise be open for self-guided tours during its normal hours. For more information, visit fortconcho.com.
