There’s a brand new class being offered at Community Health Club.

“Much more effective for weight loss, make you more athletic, quicker, stronger,” Personal Trainer Bridget Runion said.

THAT'S WHAT THE NEW M-X-4 WORKOUT CLASS IS ALL ABOUT.

"Basically bridges the gap between personal training and group exercise classes."

This new class is yet another "extra" option you can find at Community Health Club. It makes personal training more affordable while keeping the group atmosphere and giving you those accountability partners. Plus:

"It's designed to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time,” Runion said.

This HIIT, or high intensity interval training class will get you in and out of the gym in 24 minutes.

"When you're brining the heart rate up and back down, you're going to get more out of your workout,” Runion said.

It can also be modified to fit any fitness level so don't let the equipment intimidate you.

"Ask questions. That's what we're here for. We're more than happy to show you how things work, tell you there are modifications, show modifications,” Runion said.

The classes start at $60 for four sessions.
