SAN ANGELO — Weekly shot clinics that would normally be Tuesday, Dec. 25, and Tuesday, Jan. 1, at the San Angelo-Tom Green County Health Department will instead be on the following Fridays Dec. 28 and Jan. 4, because of the holidays.

A press release from the City of San Angelo's Public Information Department said the clinics will be from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the health department, 2030 Pulliam St., Suite 8.

The Texas Vaccines for Children program provides free vaccines to health care providers to immunize uninsured and underinsured children from birth to 18 years of age. The health department’s normal operating hours are 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

Most City offices will be closed Dec. 24-25 and Jan. 1.
