The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is hosting Family Day Mystery at the Museum from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 12 at the Art Museum, One Love St.

What is better than solving a mystery? Solving a Museum Mystery with SAMFA and Be Theatre! Just like a real-life game of CLUE, work with your family to answer riddles and find clues in the museum’s galleries while interacting with over-the-top characters. Actors and clues will be available from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. during Family Day.

While solving mysteries at the museum you and your family can’t miss SAMFA’s new exhibit Inside Out: An exploration of Women’s Status and Roles in American Society as Reflected in Fashion From Foundation to Silhouette.

Entry to all galleries are free during Family Day.

Free art activities will be available in the museum’s Education Studio.

Enjoy a healthy snack with the Provisional Class of the Junior League of San Angelo. JLSA will be onsite to creatively educate children about healthy eating through their Kids in the Kitchen program which was established by the Association of Junior Leagues International to help combat childhood obesity. JLSA volunteers will be helping attendees assemble a themed snack that can easily be made at home with the recipe and activity sheet that will also be distributed at the event.
