TOM GREEN COUNTY, Texas — The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office said is a press release Monday it has received reports of someone posing as a Tom Green County Sheriff's Office lieutenant using the name Terry Lowe. According to the release, the caller states they are an employee with the sheriff's office and is calling residents to tell them they need to contact him because of an urgent matter.
