GRAPE CREEK, Texas — Multiple volunteer fire departments were dispatchedMonday to the 10000 block of West Indian Creek Road for a report of a structure fire. Grape Creek, Carlsbad, Quail Valley and Water Valley volunteer fire departments all responded to the scene.

Grape Creek VFD Deputy Fire Chief Jose Rivera said at approximately 1:40 p.m. Tuesday, volunteers were dispatched to the 10000 block of West Indian Creek Road for a report of a structure fire. Upon arriving on scene, fire crews found a double-wide fully engulfed in flames. The fire seemed to start in the back room of the mobile home. The structure fire then started a grass fire which threatened two vehicles on the property and two nearby structures.
