After losing a tough battle to West Texas A&M, the Angelo State Men's Basketball team went into their game against UT Permian Basin focused and ready to win.
UTPB is ranked number six in the country, meaning everything was set up for the rams to lose. However, as soon as the game started, ASU showed how good they can be especially on the defensive side of the ball. They held UTPB to only 42 percent from the field and 25 percent from three.
This something that hasn't been done to the Falcons much this season. Despite the win, the coaching staff knows they can still improve in other ways.
