Gunshots were fired in the parking lot of McDonald's on Bryant Boulevard and 6th Street, according to the San Angelo Police Department.

Law enforcement were dispatched to the area around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

SAPD said two men were involved in an altercation which evolved into a shooting.

Police said there is an existing relationship between the gunmen and the victim.

One of the men fled and was allegedly caught by SAPD.

"We believe we have a possible suspect vehicle at a secondary location," Tracy Gonzalez, public information office, said. "This is a fresh investigation it's too soon to give you anything more than what we have. we are interviewing several parties."

This is currently an ongoing investigation.
