Earlier today the long-awaited launching of the SpaceX rocket "Falcon Heavy" took place.
At the Florida’s Kennedy Space Center the world's most powerful rocket since the "Saturn V" used for the Apollo moon landings launched.
The "Falcon Heavy" is equipped with three boosters and 27 engines and is expected of generating more than five million pounds of thrust.
It will attempt to land all 3 of its 9 engine cores back on Earth while sending CEO Elon Musk's cherry red Tesla Roadster to orbit around the Sun.
If everything is successful this could secure more commercial and National security mission for the company as this rocket would be cheaper and able to carry more than what NASA’s rockets can.
