ABILENE, Texas — The Abilene Police Department is warning those to be sure to lock their vehicles. This comes are five guns as well as ammunition were stolen from various parts of Abilene overnight between Sept. 8 and 9.
APD posted this message on its Facebook page:
"If you own a weapon of any kind, do not leave it in your vehicle overnight. It's really that simple. Help your community by becoming a responsible gun owner."
