A local tattoo shop is fundraising for victims of Hurricane Harvey.
The event is taking place from 2-9 p.m. Sept. 20 at Absolute Ink on a first-come, first-served basis.
The shop is offering a discounted rate to raise funds for relief efforts.
Absolute Ink will be offering Texas themed tattoos for $20.
"We like to keep it Texas themed of course because we are in Texas and we'd like to support the Texas relief, but it's not very much so you have to get a Texas symbol you can get bluebonnets anything that relates to that in that manner," Savy Wright, co-owner of Absolute Ink, said.
Eighty percent of the proceeds will go toward products victims of Harvey may need.
"Toiletries, baby products, cat food, dog food, supplies that many people may not think about in efforts like this," Alena Creamer, co-owner, said.
The shop partnered with St. Paul Presbyterian church who will deliver the items to the victims of Harvey.
For those who may just want to donate, the shop will be collecting items to donate as well.
