SAN ANGELO, Texas — After going through ten and a half scoreless innings in game one of the South Central Super Regional on Friday night, Angelo State and Colorado Mesa brought their bats on Saturday afternoon for game two at Foster Field.

The Rams edged out the Mavericks 9-8 in game two to tie the series at 1-1. The two teams combined for 24 hits as Ram's junior cather Nick Seginowich and redshirt junior outfielder Josh Elvir had home runs in the bottom of the seventh to help lift the Rams to the victory.

Ram's freshman Jackson Hardy added two hits and three RBI's as Angelo State extends their season for at least one more game. The deciding game on which team punches their ticket to the DII college world series in Cary, North Carolina will be held Saturday night at Foster Field at 7pm.
