SCURRY COUNTY, Texas — A Colorado City man died in a two-vehicle collision Monday morning on State Hwy 208, north of Dunn in Scurry County.
According to a Texas Department of Public Safety preliminary crash report, Cody Allen Loving, 45. of Snyder, was traveling east on FM 1606; while Jared Lee Foster, 39, of Colorado City, was traveling north of State Hwy 208.
Loving drove through a stop intersection and crashed into the driver's side of Foster's vehicle.
Loving was transported to University Medical Center in Lubbock with serious injuries. Foster was pronounced dead at the scene.
