SAN ANGELO, Texas — A High Wind Warning goes into effect across most of West Texas mid-morning Wednesday and will continue through 10 p.m. CDT. Winds from the southwest at 35 to 40 mph will gust to 60 mph by mid-afternoon.
This will make driving very difficult. This may also lead to large tree limbs broken and smaller trees knocked down. With a saturated ground from Wednesday morning's storms, trees could be easily toppled. Power outages are also likely during this time.
Please check back with updates to the forecast during the day.
