Texas heat could reach killer highs by 2036

Temperatures will rise to life-threatening highs as soon as 2036, according to a new report released by The Union of Concerned Scientists. They warn of a bleak, dangerously hot future if steps aren't taken to stop climate change. They claim that by the middle of the century, 23-million Texans could be exposed to to an average of 30 or more days per year with a heat index above 105 degrees.
