SAN ANGELO, Texas — As part of Severe Weather Awareness Week, the National Weather Service in San Angelo says its area-wide tornado drill Wednesday morning may be a good time to test your tornado safety plan.
The test will be sent through NOAA weather radio at 10 a.m. Wednesday and will include the weekly test code.
All area residents, businesses and schools are encouraged to participate in the drill and respond as if it were an actual warning.
Test your plan and adjust where needed, and make sure you have multiple ways to receive weather warnings, the NWS says.
