SAN ANGELO, Texas — After coming from a 1-A basketball program, Rocky Feliciano was on the Central Bobcats staff starting in 2022. A year later, he was at the helm for Central hoops, and ultimately led them to their first playoff victory since 2012.
Now with a chance to grow under two coaches he admires, Feliciano will be heading to Borden County.
