San Antonio PD searching for man who allegedly grabbed woman's buttocks in grocery store

According to police, Israel Lopez is wanted for assault bodily injury and indecent assault.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police are asking for the public's help locating a man with multiple active warrants. 

According to a Facebook post by police, Israel Lopez is wanted for two Assault Bodily Injury warrants and one Indecent Assault warrant. 

Police say in April 2023, Lopez went inside a grocery store and started following a woman through the aisles. Lopez at one point grabbed the woman's butt and then fled the store. 

Lopez has been involved in several similar reports and is considered a habitual offender, according to police. 

If you have any information on the location of the suspect you are urged to call 911 immediately.
