San Angelo Police Department investigating multiple vehicle crash Nov. 26

The crash happened at approximately 2:55 p.m. on South Bryant Boulevard and South Jackson Street. Multiple people were transported to the hospital.

SAN ANGELO, Texas — The San Angelo Police Department is investigating a possible DWI following a multiple vehicle crash Nov. 26. 

Officers arrived on the scene at approximately 2:55 p.m. on South Bryant Boulevard and South Jackson Street, where four vehicles were involved in a crash. 

All four of the vehicles were heading northbound on South Bryant Boulevard and the driver of a Nissan Sentra was declared at fault and taken into custody. Multiple beer cans were also removed from this vehicle. 

Additionally, multiple people were transported to the hospital following the crash. 

South Bryant's northbound lane was temporarily shut down to traffic but reopened just after 4 p.m. 

There were other crashes nearby at the time and officers are still working to gather details.
