ABILENE, Texas — The sight, sound and sparkle of fireworks is cause for celebration.
At 7 p.m. Sept. 10, Abilene Christian University will be hosting a home game against Prairie View A&M and fans can expect to see fireworks after ACU scores a touchdown or a field goal.
The fireworks will go off at Wildcat Stadium near Anthony Field throughout the entire game and Abilene Fire Department wants neighboring areas to stay safe during said time.
The AFD also encourages pet owners to take care of their animals and want locals to be prepared for the loud noises.
