The Abilene Police Department is working with school officials to help alleviate traffic issues for Friday's planned ceremonies.

Wylie High School graduation will be held at 7 p.m. at Taylor County Expo Center, 1700 TX-Highway 36.

Cooper High School graduation is scheduled at 8 p.m. at Shotwell Stadium.

APD is expecting traffic congestion before and after both ceremonies because of their close proximity to each other. Officers will be directing traffic but are asking the public to anticipate delays and have provided the map below to help with traffic flow.

AISD has provided a contingency plan should the ceremonies be rained out. WISD graduation will be held indoors.
