SAN ANGELO, Texas — San Angelo police are investigating after being dispatched for the report of a stabbing Wednesday afternoon.
San Angelo Police Department Public Information Officer Tracy Piatt-Fox said officers were dispatched to the 600 block of West Avenue X shortly after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
"We do have one victim that we know of this time," Piatt-Fox said. "It is very early on into the investigation. We have one victim that has been to a nearby hospital for treatment."
Piatt-Fox said this is an ongoing and "very active" investigation and further updates will be released via a press release.
