ABILENE, Taylor County — The Abilene-Taylor County Public Health District said there were 31 new confirmed COVID-19 cases Friday – four PCR and 27 antigen.
The health district also reported 31 recoveries, bringing the total number of recoveries to 2,545.
Twenty-six current hospitalizations were included in the report.
As of Oct. 2, Taylor County has administered 16,629 PCR and 15,316 antigen tests of which, 1,537 PCR and 1,553 antigen were confirmed cases.
There were also 15,092 negative PCR and 13,763 negative antigen test results reported.
